Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Grand View Event Center's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Venue Rental Terms

All venue rentals are subject to availability and require a signed rental agreement. A deposit is required to secure your event date. Full payment terms will be outlined in your rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policies vary based on the timing of cancellation and will be detailed in your rental agreement. We recommend reviewing cancellation terms before booking.

Event Rules and Regulations

All events must comply with local laws, venue rules, and regulations. Event organizers are responsible for ensuring their guests follow all applicable rules. Please review our Event Rules and Regulations document.

Liability and Insurance

Event organizers are required to provide proof of insurance as specified in our Certificate of Insurance Requirements. Grand View Event Center is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during your event.

Damage and Cleanup

Renters are responsible for any damage to the venue or property during their event. A security deposit may be required. The venue must be returned to its original condition after the event.

Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities, excessive noise, and activities that may damage the property are prohibited. Smoking policies and other restrictions will be detailed in your rental agreement.

Admission Terms & Guest Conduct

By purchasing a ticket or entering Grand View Event Center, you agree to comply with all venue rules, policies, and the instructions of event staff and security personnel. Grand View Event Center reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest who violates these terms, engages in disruptive or unsafe behavior, or poses a risk to other guests or staff. Security Screening

All guests and their belongings are subject to security screening, including bag checks and use of metal detection equipment. Refusal to submit to screening will result in denial of entry. Grand View Event Center is not responsible for items confiscated due to policy violations.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Attendance at Grand View Event Center events involves inherent risks. By entering the premises, guests voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, death, or property damage arising from their attendance, including but not limited to risks associated with livestock, rodeo activities, crowd conditions, outdoor weather, and amplified sound. Grand View Event Center, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from a guest's attendance at any event, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Photography & Media Release

Entry to Grand View Event Center events constitutes a grant of permission to Grand View Event Center and its authorized agents to photograph, film, and record your likeness for use in promotional, commercial, or broadcast materials without compensation or further consent.

Ticket & Admission Policies

All ticket and admission sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in the event of a cancellation of the entire event by Grand View Event Center. Grand View Event Center reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel any event at any time. In the event of cancellation, refund procedures will be communicated through official channels. Re-entry to the venue is not permitted once a guest has exited.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
